Does Vastra see my eBay password?

No. You sign in on eBay's own page, and eBay gives us a key that lets the service manage your listings. We store that key encrypted. You can disconnect it any time from the Account page, or from your eBay account.

What happens to my photos?

They're stored in your own private space and sent to an AI service to read the garment and draft the listing. They go up with your eBay listing. They're deleted when you delete your account.

Will it change my prices on its own?

Only if you turn on the automatic tools during setup or later from the Account page (Store setup). Each one has a profit floor it never goes under (the setup page shows the exact dollar amounts; by default $5 profit per sale for markdowns, offers and sale events, and $7 for a new listing's price).

A listing was held "for a price check." Why?

Its price looked wrong: more than 3 times the highest the AI expected it to sell for, or far under the lowest. Fix the price, or tap The price is right to post it as is.

I posted a batch by mistake. Can I undo it?

Yes: after a batch posts, tap Undo this batch. If your eBay out-of-stock setting is on, the listings are hidden and can be brought back. If it's off, they're ended instead (you'll be told first).

What does the founder plan include?

200 new listings a month for $14.99, locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. More than 200 in a month: $0.10 each.

How do I cancel or delete my account?

Cancel billing any time. Delete your account from the Account page (the Account button at the top of the photo station): your eBay connection is removed right away and your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
