Terms of Service

These terms are between you and [LLC NAME], a [STATE, e.g. Louisiana] limited liability company ("we"), for Vastra ("the service").

The beta

The service is in a paid beta. It works, and it's still being improved. Things may change, and occasionally break. We'll fix problems as fast as we can and tell you about anything that affects your store.

Your account

  • You need an invite code to sign up during the beta.
  • Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 and allowed to sell on eBay.

Your eBay store stays yours

  • You connect your own eBay account. You can disconnect it any time.
  • You are the seller. You're responsible for what you list, its condition and description, its price, shipping it, and following eBay's rules and the law.
  • The service suggests titles, descriptions, sizes and prices. Check them before you post. The AI can misread a tag or a size; a wrong listing can come back as a return.
  • Automatic tools (markdowns, offers, relists, ads, sale events) only run if you turn them on, and only within the limits you set. You can turn them off any time.

Plans and payment

  • Founder plan: $14.99 a month for up to 200 new listings a month, price locked for as long as you stay subscribed. Listings over 200 in a month are $0.10 each.
  • You're billed monthly by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR]. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

Fair use

Don't use the service to break eBay's rules or the law, list items you don't have, list counterfeits, attack or overload the service, or access anyone else's data. We may suspend an account that does.

eBay

The service uses eBay's official APIs and must follow eBay's rules for apps. If eBay changes or limits what apps can do, some features may change or stop. The service is not run by or endorsed by eBay.

Limits on our responsibility

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for lost sales, returns, eBay account actions, or other indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem. Ending

You can delete your account any time. We may end the beta or the service with 30 days' notice, and will help you take your data with you.
